Refund (all products)

We offer a no risk, 30 day money back return policy for items in like new condition (to be determined at our discretion). If there is significant damage to the item, accessories or original packaging rendering the product non-saleable Fitness Technologies Inc. reserves the right to refuse return.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please be aware you are responsible for any possible local custom, taxes or duties that may be related to importation product to your country.

Refund policy does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering with or taking apart the product. To claim refund, please first obtain RMA then return the product together with all accessories and gifts received, prepaid, with purchase confirmation or receipt in original package. In the event accessories and/or gifts received with purchase are not returned, their cost will be deducted from refund. Please return to the following address:

Limited Warranty:

Products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship and against breakage and malfunction under normal use subject to the terms indicated herein. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering with or taking apart the product. Warranty period and terms vary pending product category.  

Product Category I: Earphones, Uwater Action MP3ís, Action radios, Action Speakers, Accessories 

Extended 1 year warranry service see below. During the first sixty (60) days from original purchase date (Initial Warranty Period), Fitness Technologies Inc will repair, or at its option, replace product at no charge. For Warranty Service during the Initial Warranty Period, please obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) then return product prepaid with purchase receipt plus the serial number indicated on warranty card to the following address:

After the Initial Warranty Period and until one (1) year from the original purchase date (Extended Warranty Period), Fitness Technologies Inc will repair product at no labor and handling charges but may charge for parts. For warranty service during the Extended Warranty Period, please request RMA via email: info@fitnesstechusa.com and follow instructions accordingly.

Product Category II: Soft Cases

Fitness Technologies' waterproof soft cases are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty does not apply to any soft cases which have been neglected, altered, abused, used for a purpose other than the one for which they were manufactured, altered by customers or any party, or used in any manner inconsistent with Fitness Technologies' written instructions. This limited warranty is not valid for soft cases purchased through an unauthorized source. This limited warranty covers only Uwater Soft Cases and is not valid in connection with any other product.

During the Warranty period , Fitness Technologies will, at its sole discretion and at no cost to customer, repair or replace any soft case that fail in normal use. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the soft case to Fitness Technologies. Fitness Technologies will pay the cost of returning the repaired or replacement soft case to the customerIN NO EVENT WILL FITNESS TECHNOLOGIES LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC SOFT CASE SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTY CLAIM.

Fitness Technologies reserves the right to replace any out-of-stock, discontinued, or limited edition product with a comparable product. Discontinued products may not be available for warranty replacement.

For warranty service please obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) at this link: RMA Request and follow instructions accordingly.

Product Category III: Waterproofed Ipod Shuffles

Your product is warranted by Fitness Technologies Inc. (FTI) against defects in waterproofing materials and workmanship, under normal use, to the original purchaser for 2 years beginning from the original date of purchase. 

FTI is not responsible for normal wear and tear, including external and accidental damage caused by abuse, tampering, unauthorized repairs, modification, misuse, misapplication, or other causes which are not defects in materials or workmanship.  If your product qualifies for warranty service, FTI will provide one time repair or replacement at no cost to the original purchaser. Replacement could be a refurbished unit. FTI reserves the right to substitute a different color if necessary. No personalizations or media will be transferred to the replacement unit. The repaired or replacement unit will be returned at no cost to customer. All shipping and handling expenses incurred in connection with sending in unit to FTI for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
