Warranty & Refunds
Limited International Warranty: Your player is warranted against defects in material and workmanship and against breakage and malfunction under normal use subject to the terms indicated herein. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering with or taking apart the product.
During the first sixty (60) days from original purchase date (Initial Warranty Period), Fitness Technologies Inc will repair, or at its option, replace your player at no charge. For Warranty Service during the Initial Warranty Period, please send your player prepaid and insured in original package and with purchase receipt plus the serial number indicated on warranty card to the following address:

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
After the Initial Warranty Period and until one (1) year from the original purchase date (Extended Warranty Period), Fitness Technologies Inc will repair your player at no labor and handling charges but may charge for parts. For warranty service during the Extended Warranty Period, please request and obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email: info@fitnesstechusa.com and follow the instructions accordingly.
Refund: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within twenty one (21) days from the original purchase date for refund of the full purchase price less shipping and $5 processing fee. Refund policy does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering with or taking apart the product. To claim refund, please return the product together with all accessories and gifts received, prepaid and insured with purchase confirmation or receipt in original package. In the event accessories and/or gifts received with purchase are not returned, their cost will be deducted from refund.
