Warranty: Products
are warranted against manufacturer's defects in material and
workmanship and against breakage and malfunction under normal use for a
period of two (2) months from the original purchase date except batteries. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering with or taking apart the product.
During the warranty period, Fitness Technologies, Inc. will repair, or
at its option, replace your product at no charge. Fitness Technologies,
Inc. will refund your purchase price (subject to Refund Policy below)
if repair or replacement is not commercially practical or cannot be
made within a timely manner. For warranty service please send product
prepaid and insured with purchase confirmation or receipt to:

Refund: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within twenty-one (21) days from the original purchase date for refund of the full purchase price less shipping and $4 processing fee for TEMPO G2 and $3 processing fee for other products. Refund policy does not cover misuse, abuse, tampering with or taking apart the product. To claim refund, please return the product together will all accessories and gifts received prepaid and insured with purchase confirmation or receipt in original package. In the event accessories and/or gifts received with the purchase are not returned, their cost will be deducted from refund.
